Please complete the New User Registration Form below. All fields are required and please insure and please ensure they are filled out accurately. Once you have completed the form, a username and password will be sent via the email entered within 15 minutes. Once the email has been received, please enter your user name and password to access the system.

If you have previously set up an H20 account and needing access to ESCAN/CARL, please contact the project's Region Water Pollution Control Mananger (RWPCM).

Special note: When selecting your Username, it must consist of all numbers and/or letters. Symbols are not allowed in the username and will result in an error when confirming registration.
