WELCOME TO THE CODOT H2O PORTAL

CODOT H20 (H20) manages CDOT's Water Quality certification program. The current CDOT Water Quality certifications are the Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor (TECS) and SWMP Preparer certifications. For more information click on the "CODOT H20 Learning Home" button above.

Within H20, CDOT also tracks project's water quality compliance within the ESCAN/CARL system. To access ESCAN/CARL, please click on the "ESCAN/CARL Home" button above.
